I hope this letter finds you happy and healthy. I wanted to inform you of an upcoming change in your dermatologic care at Dermatology Partners of Western NY. I am advising you that I have accepted a new position in a different area of medicine and will no longer provide medical care to you after Friday, March 4, 2022. I will continue to provide care and services up until that date. It is very important to me that you have the opportunity to maintain continuous health care with Dermatology Partners. If you have a scheduled appointment with me after March 4, that appointment will be transferred to another provider within the practice to allow for a smooth transition.

In the event you choose not to remain with Dermatology Partners, your medical records can be transferred to another doctor/practice, or they can be released to you.

My time here has been filled with rewarding experiences and while I regret that I will not be able to continue to serve your dermatologic needs, I appreciate your confidence in me and thank you for entrusting me with your skin care needs.
